Project Coordinator for NSO/IE

Job Description

Supply Chain Management - Managing, Sourcing Procurement, Purchasing Process (PR/PO/DO), Forecasting, Planning, Tracking and Reporting.

Third-party Logistics Warehouse Management, including storage, order receiving, shipping, return processing, cross-docking and related activities.

Project coordinator for NOS - Coordinate with various department and vendors to ensure the schedule, approved CAPEX and task details are well organized. Monitor and ensure that all vendor payments are processed upon job completion.

Administration and negotiation as necessary.

Apply permits for controlled items through BLESS 2.0 and DAVETSA EXIM for import / export applications (e.g. promotional items, meat, dairy products, if required)

Maintain a complete and always up-to‑date set of Halal Certificates for all products.

Work effectively across the organization.

Job Nature

Office-based

Required to be in the store for any product tasting or to address issues that arise at the store level.

Required to conduct a stock check at the third-party logistics warehouse in Kota Kinabalu (with assistance from the nearest RGM store for outstation locations).
