Senior Executive – Student Recruitment & Marketing
The Senior Executive – Student Recruitment & Marketing will support the school’s enrolment growth by engaging with prospective students and parents, promoting the school’s programmes, and assisting in executing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results‑driven individual with a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute student recruitment strategies to attract and enrol students from diverse backgrounds, locally and internationally.
- Engage with prospective students and parents, providing information and guidance on the school's programmes and admissions process.
- Support the admissions team in managing inquiries, applications, and follow‑ups to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team at Group level to promote the school’s brand through digital and offline channels.
- Plan and organise open days, school tours, education fairs, and marketing events to actively promote the school.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants/agents, feeder schools, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Assist in tracking recruitment data and preparing reports for management review.
- Support the organisation of marketing campaigns and outreach programmes to increase awareness and student interest.
- Handle administrative tasks related to student recruitment and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Customer‑focused approach with a proactive and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a willingness to learn and develop in the field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to effectively engage with Mandarin‑speaking markets.
