Take ownership of strategic sourcing projects, work closely with engineers and stakeholders, and make real business impact through smart procurement decisions.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily sourcing activities and support team performance

Manage Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) sourcing for goods and services

Work with stakeholders to define job scopes, BQs, and tender documents

Run RFQs/tenders end-to-end, including negotiation and vendor selection

Source, evaluate, and pre‑qualify new vendors

Prepare technical and commercial comparisons for management approval

Manage project and operational purchases in line with SOPs

Resolve supplier and contractor issues and coordinate communications

Support process improvements, SOP updates, and KPI tracking

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering background preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or engineering‑related roles

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical terms

Familiar with engineering standards and HSE requirements

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
