Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
- Coordinate timeline tracking and delivery of campaign materials.
- Liaise with external vendors for ad placement, gallery visuals, and branding installation.
- Take charge of executing assigned marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor deliverables and coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and media agencies.
- Ensure campaign rollout aligns with planned timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare flyers, buntings, banners, and other marketing materials. Oversee preparation and deployment of marketing collaterals, including brochures, banners, gallery visuals, and online ads.
- Ensure the latest versions are used and that collaterals are project accurate.
- Support in proofreading, printing logistics, and material stock keeping.
- Verify brand consistency and ensure updates are reflected in all communication materials.
- Review proof materials from vendors and obtain necessary approvals.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for project events, roadshows, gallery launches, and community engagements.
- Manage RSVP lists, event setups, and coordination with third‑party vendors.
- Attend on‑site events and provide administrative or customer support where required.
- Plan and execute small to mid‑sized marketing events such as gallery activations, community outreach, and festive engagements.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and control event budgets within assigned limits.
- Represent the marketing team on‑site and provide feedback post‑event.
Coordination & Cross‑Team Engagement
- Work closely with Sales Admin, Sales Manager, and project team to support smooth campaign execution / to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
- Update internal progress checklists and calendars related to marketing tasks.
- Ensure vendors and partners are briefed and timelines are followed.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, consultants, and regional marketing teams when required.
- Support project documentation such as timelines, briefing papers, and launch flowcharts.
Reporting, Tracking & Analysis
- Maintain campaign trackers and weekly marketing logs / compile campaign data and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
- Support the preparation of basic reports for management review.
- Submit marketing claims, vendor invoices, and A&P expense updates / monitor and track budget usage and campaign claims.
- Support campaign ROI analysis and assist in drawing insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Marketing experience in property development or agency background.
- Familiarity with digital marketing basics, design file types, and vendor coordination.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Candidates with exposure to industrial property or township development will have an added advantage.
