As our company expands rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Executive - Sales to drive the growth of our brands – Buds Organics, Dr. Buds Organics, Iremia, Buddies, and Esmeria – within the retail sector. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence across offline channels and bridging the gap between traditional retail and modern digital commerce.
Conduct regular fieldwork to meet retail customers, manage orders, and ensure consistent product availability across assigned territories.
Actively source and acquire new corporate clients and retail outlets to expand the distribution network.
Plan, execute and monitor trade promotion activities and in-store activations to maximize brand visibility and sales turnover.
Work closely with the marketing team to align offline retail promotions with online/e-commerce campaigns (e.g., TikTok Shop or Shopee activations).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retailers, to help them optimise their stock levels and display layouts.
Use tools and sales data to track performance, analyse market trends, and provide regular reports to Management on field performance and competitor activity.
Supervise and manage Merchandisers, work closely within department, provide guidance or mentorship to Junior staff to foster professional growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field with 3–5 years of Sales experience in FMCG or Consumer Trade.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and consumer behavior in personal care/wellness.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for diverse retail stakeholders.
Tech-savvy and open to using AI-driven insights for planning.
Valid driving license for frequent field travel within the assigned region.
