To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

To coordinate internal resources and contractors/ consultants/ landlords for the flawless execution of projects.

To provide guidance to subordinates in communicating and coordinating with authority, landlord, contractors, consultants and all related parties.

To use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

To report and escape to management as needed.

Job Requirements: -

Min 2 years of working experience in the Project field especially in Retail Industry.

Education: Degree in ID / Architecture / Engineering / Construction.

Familiar with Tender Process and Contract Management.

Well known on current construction process / scheme.

Good in written & verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.

Technical background with hands on project management skills to work independently.

Flexible and willingness to travel.

Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
