Responsibilities

• To ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
• To coordinate internal resources and contractors/consultants/landlords for the flawless execution of projects.
• To provide guidance to subordinates in communicating and coordinating with authority, landlord, contractors, consultants and all related parties.
• To use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• To report and escalated to management as needed.

Job Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience in the Project field especially in Retail Industry.
• Education: Degree in ID / Architecture / Engineering / Construction.
• Familiar with Tender Process and Contract Management.
• Well known on current construction process / scheme.
• Good in written & verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Technical background with hands on project management skills to work independently.
• Flexible and willingness to travel.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
