Key Responsibilities:

Review:

• New SKU orders
• Campaign and promotional purchase orders

Evaluate order volumes based on:

• Past SKU sales performance
• Inventory aging risks
• Goods-needed limits
• Seasonal pacing

Recommend:

• Reduced or phased order volumes
• Delayed or cancelled orders when risk is high

Discuss recommendations directly with purchasing teams.

Track:

• Early SKU performance
• Slow-moving stock risks
• Category aging trends

Monitor:

• Supplier delivery reliability (On-time purchase order fulfilment)

Guide and support PRI Executives.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in procurement, inventory planning, supply chain, market/consumer research or performance reporting.
• Confident working with purchasers and advising on order decisions.
• Strong ability to understand and explain data.
• Organized and able to manage several reviews at once.
• Clear communication and good presentation skills.
