Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other emerging platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, manage campaign budgets efficiently, and ensure alignment with business targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative timelines and ensure timely delivery for campaign launches.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop and optimize ad visuals and copy for performance-driven results.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing (in‑house or agency).
  • Proven experience with ad optimization and ROI‑driven campaign management.
Location & Work Setup

The role reports to a hybrid work setup.
