Job Summary:

The Senior Executive will lead packaging development initiatives, analyze performance data, and manage cross‑functional projects to optimize packaging solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, technical packaging knowledge, and project management capabilities.

Job Description
Packaging Development
  • Assist in end‑to‑end packaging design and development for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, F&B, Room Division and attraction development teams to ensure packaging meets functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals.
  • Assist in evaluating and selecting attractions packaging, F&B productions and rooms and suppliers based on cost, performance, and environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Data Analysis
  • Collect, clean, and analyze packaging‑related data (e.g., cost, sustainability metrics, material usage, defect rates).
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track packaging performance and KPIs.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Support sustainability reporting and internal audits.
Project Management
  • Manage packaging‑related projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Job Specifications
