Job description

• Process and check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured
• Ensure incoming submission and outgoing output complied to acceptance limits, guideline and procedures.
• Attend to incoming mails/submissions/correspondence – Attend to Straight Thru Process (STP) pending and failed cases
• Maintain and organize submissions into the document management system
• Liaise with IT / UW to resolve any discrepancies related to system glitches
• Provide operational requirement and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new products / system enhancement / bugs
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors
