A leading consumer financing provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive, Operation Improvement (Credit Assessment) to enhance processes and systems in Credit Assessment operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, focusing on UAT and operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to work cross-functionally and manage system-related issues effectively.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Operation Improvement (Credit Assessment) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving system and process enhancements within Credit Assessment operations, ensuring smooth execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating closely with IT and vendors to resolve system issues efficiently. This role requires strong analytical, problem‑solving, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work cross‑functionally with internal departments to improve operational efficiency.
Manage end-to‑end UAT process cycles, including preparation of test scripts, test cases, test data, error tracking, and sign‑off.
Coordinate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, rectify, and close system‑related issues.
Handle operation requests and inquiries from other departments related to system functionality, CCRIS issues (B2B), system access (UAR), and application servicing (IR).
Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Conduct internal briefings and training sessions to communicate system and process changes effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and propose solutions or system enhancements.
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to support process improvement initiatives.
Support Credit Assessment Group (CAG) projects, company‑wide enhancements, and cross‑departmental initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Credit Assessment or Operations Improvement.
Experience in system testing (UAT), process enhancement, and project coordination is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of credit processing or credit evaluation operations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours when required.
