Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all Non‑Concession operations in the Central Region, including potential clients and projects in the southern area. Ensures smooth and efficient service delivery, compliance with company and legal standards, and coordination across departments and stakeholders. Leads the team to meet operational targets and maintain quality across all assigned projects.
