Job Summary

To design, implement and undertake continuous improvement of total rewards strategies which includes but not limited to the area of compensation, benefits, recognition and well-being programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and fair.
  • Administer and maintain salary structures, job grading, and job bands.
  • Manage and execute annual salary review exercises, including merit increases.
  • Develop and monitor employee benefits programs effectiveness (e.g., medical benefits renewal) and liaise with external vendors/brokers/consultants.
  • Monitor utilization, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction with benefits offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance related to compensation and benefits.
  • Perform data analytics on total rewards trends and cost impact.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of total rewards initiatives.
  • Develop communication materials and toolkits to promote understanding and transparency of total rewards programs.
Job Qualification & Requirement
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, HRD, Data Analytics/ Statistics/ Business Administration or related disciplines with a minimum CGPA 3.00 from a reputable University/College.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar environment.
  • Certified Total Rewards Practitioner (CTRP) will be an added advantage
