Job summary

A shopping mall management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities, develop innovative campaigns, and conduct market research. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in the marketing field, preferably with experience in mall marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication/Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the marketing field.
  • Experience in handling mall marketing (events, casual leasing, and social media).

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, measure and coordinate end‑to‑end all marketing activities, campaigns, events and branding activities of the company.
  • Provide suggestions, brainstorm, develop and implement innovative marketing ideas in line with company brand values and objectives.
  • Undertake market research to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  • Liaise with media, creative, digital, advertising and external agencies/intercompany to ensure compliance with company brand values and objectives.
  • Assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement overall marketing plans.
  • Develop social media plans for all retail assets.
  • Take charge of all digital assets from the website, social media and digital directory.
  • Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by Management from time to time.
