We’re looking for a driven and beauty-loving Senior Marketing Executive to lead our KOL and influencer community. You’ll play a key role in discovering, building, and maintaining relationships with beauty creators who share our brand’s passion — turning collaborations into authentic storytelling that inspires our audience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable beauty influencers and content creators that align with our brand image and tone.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, ambassadors, and beauty communities.
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing, product seeding, and content coordination to performance tracking and reporting.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation with KOLs or their representatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure influencer content aligns with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Help grow our brand presence within the beauty community through collaborations, events, and social initiatives.
- Support marketing events and KOL management, including on-ground coordination and post-event follow-ups.
- Track, analyse, and report influencer campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, etc.).
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (beauty/FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian beauty influencer landscape and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and content creation.
