A leading local healthcare company in Malaysia is seeking a Brand Manager to develop marketing strategies for house brand products. You will analyze product performance, coordinate with various teams for successful product launches, and ensure brand visibility across channels. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. This role contributes to the company’s mission of providing comprehensive healthcare services.
Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for house brand products.
Ensure consistent brand identity and positioning across all categories.
Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and internal teams to manage product launches and rebranding projects.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular product performance analysis, including sales, margin, and inventory health.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on product category performance.
Identify slow-moving or underperforming SKUs and recommend corrective actions.
Use data insights to optimize product mix and pricing strategies.
Calculate product margins, cost structures, and profitability by category or SKU.
Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of promotional campaigns and pricing initiatives.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes for house brand portfolio.
Recommend actions to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
Develop promotional materials, in-store displays, and digital content in collaboration with marketing teams.
Track promotion performance and consumer feedback to guide future campaigns.
Ensure brand alignment across all retail and online channels.
Liaise with retail, merchandising and marketing to support brand growth.
Coordinate with retail teams to ensure effective execution of in-store brand initiatives.
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or retail category management (FMCG industry preferred).
3) Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data, margin, and ROI analysis.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting and presentation.
5) Good communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
6) Passionate about product development, consumer insights, and brand building.
