As a Senior Executive - Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, leading the charge in executing exciting marketing communications campaigns. Your strategic mindset and creativity will play a key role in shaping and driving initiatives that directly contribute to our business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, promotions, and brand initiatives designed to enhance visibility and attract new customers.

Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop compelling marketing messages, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Support digital advertising initiatives on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, optimising campaigns to maximise performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

Monitor and optimise campaign performance, delivering high-impact results across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Assist in budget and resource management, working closely with leadership to ensure cost-effective execution and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Work closely with other departments to integrate digital marketing strategies with broader marketing plans, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to customer engagement and conversion.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or an equivalent qualification in the related field.

At least 3 years of working experience in marketing and communications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, business partners, and internal teams across all levels.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven campaigns.

Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
