Job summary

A professional accountancy organisation is seeking creative individuals to develop marketing strategies and promote the CPA qualification. The role involves executing branding campaigns, conducting presentations, and managing social media. MICPA conducts a professional accountancy programme jointly with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) to enable candidates to qualify as Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants.

We’re looking for energetic individuals with creative ideas to help us promote the MICPA x CA ANZ brand & create awareness among students nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand development and marketing strategies to achieve the overall objectives of the Institute.
  • Plan and execute branding campaign activities to create a strong brand image and profile of the Institute.
  • Organise activities to promote the CPA qualification and create better brand awareness in target markets.
  • Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote the Institute and its programmes to various audiences.
  • Initiate sponsorship and co‑branding programmes.
  • Undertake market analysis to keep track of market trends and competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for brand building.
  • Oversee the Institute’s social media activity and develop digital strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Organise public relations and Institute’s activities and events.
  • Undertake the publication of the Institute’s journal and promotional materials.
  • Proofread and write content for newsletters, website, and other collaterals.
Qualifications
  • Degree holder in any background.
  • At least 2 years’ related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Versatile, analytical thinker, problem‑solver.
