Job description
Senior Executive - Leasing & Marketing (AEON Mall Bukit Raja)

Coordinating the local events to get support from the community.

Developing good public relations with local authorities and small-medium industries. Supporting and developing the local bazaar and activities.

Managing casual leasing/TSR by recruiting suitable operators and festive themes.

Conduct market surveys at other malls/surrounding areas and propose potential events/tenants by weekly basis.

Coordinate the contents for In-House Newsletters & update the Mall Website.

Supporting the tenants: ( Establishing collaborative events and promotions with tenants, Improve on tenant visibility focus on new tenants, anchor tenants, and hidden tenants).

Monitor tenant sales on a daily basis and plan and act on tenant sales improvement.

Voices Management

Review all Customer & Tenant’s voice daily, draft replies, and get final feedback from Mall Managers.

Key in the confirmed customers’ voices and reply into the system daily.

Manage the services provided at the Information Counter.

Manage the information counter manpower strength daily.

Coordinate training with the HR team to improve mall customer service.

Check the availability and functionality of all services provided by the Information Counter.

Prepare all updated procedures and forms to be used at the Information Counter.

Prepare related Information Counter reports and report to Leasing & Marketing Manager / Mall Manager
