Senior Executive - Leasing (IOI CITY MALL)

IOI City Mall Sdn Bhd – Putrajaya, Putrajaya

Good interpersonal skill and good relationship with prospective retailers. Knowledge and sensitivity of the retail trend and retail business. To deliver the best retail experience for the shoppers of Damansara by prospecting and delivering retailers according to the centre's retail mix plan within the given budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, monitoring & the effective implementation of the leasing plan
• Constantly look out for the latest retail concept/brands/products & services and continuously review the tenant mix to ensure relevancy & good fit with prevailing market condition & leasing plan
• Initiate negotiations for deals, retail leases and prepare proposals for new and renewing tenants
• Monitor and analyse tenant's sales turnover closely, make recommendations to immediate superior to renew, terminate, relocate or assist tenant
• Monitor and report tenancy occupancy rate to immediate superior from time to time
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing tenants
• Attend and respond to tenants' and prospective queries in professional manner
• Actively manage and involve in market research activities by visiting competitors, observe practices, and suggest actions or strategy for further improvements
• Assist Finance Department in rental collection for difficult tenants
• Provide assistance to project team and other departments on all aspects of tenant fit out works as required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

• Bachelor's degree in any related field, or equivalent

• Possessed own transport and willing work in Putrajaya
