Job summary

Prudential Malaysia is seeking a CI/CD/DevOps professional to drive Atlassian projects across the region and improve IT service management processes. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, analyze gaps, and implement automation ideas to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, knowledge of Cloud Computing, DevOps and Agile methodologies, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / IT or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Cloud Computing, DevOps and Agile methodologies beside software development lifecycle related processes.
• Fluent in both speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proven working experience in project management is an advantage.
• Solid organization skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes is a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of Atlassian related projects within the agreed KPIs.
• Execute and deliver tasks within the agreed timeframe, with minimum supervision.
• Ensure timely closure of all CI/CD related tickets with minimum/zero escalations.
• Propose process improvements and automation ideas.
• Create and update technical documentations/knowledge base.
• Identify system issues, provide creative solutions and implement them in the system.
• Independently perform research to attain new technology knowledge.
• Perform other ad-hoc related duties as assigned by superior.
• Manage day to day operational activities independently.

Job Purpose:

Involve in projects related to regional IT Service Management system in line with company goals & objectives.

Performs CI/CD administrator role within Atlassian platform.

Analyses process gaps and introduces process improvements within Atlassian.

Coordinate CI/CD related activities within the team to ensure timely closure of tickets assigned.

Works independently to complete assigned tasks.
