Job summary

Extreme Market Place Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Tan Chong Group, is seeking a Senior Executive, Inventory & Technical to be based in Segambut, Malaysia. You will handle cost analysis, price simulation, and respond to price/technical inquiries; develop initial ordering part lists from new car BOMs; monitor stock movements; and support parts sales to workshops and customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma related to the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior role, and a solid

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field related to automotive industry.
• At least 5 years experience with a Senior Position.
• Understanding of automotive spare parts and its functionality.
• Understanding of international trading and importation procedures & processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis and price simulation for parts and services.
• Attend to part price and technical enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Select parts from new car model BOM list to develop the initial ordering part list; ensure critical parts are available before launch.
• Monitor stock movement and replenish stock in time to ensure sufficient local supply.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and sales of parts, including workshops and walk-in customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform cost analysis & price simulation.
• To attend to part price & technical enquiries from internal & external customers.
• To select parts from new car model BOM list to develop initial ordering part list. To ensure critical parts are selected for new cars and parts are available before new car launching.
• To monitor stock movement and to replenish stock in time to ensure sufficient stock for local supply.
• To attend to customers enquiries & sales of parts. Including workshops and walk in customers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field related to automotive industry.
• At least 5 years experience with a Senior Position.
• Understanding of automotive spare parts and its functionality.
