Worldwide Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to prepare TOR and audit programmes, conduct audits, and draft formal reports. You will present findings, follow up on action plans, and perform ad hoc reviews while ensuring compliance with standards and methodologies.

The role requires strong analytical ability, good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel. A two-year contract is offered with renewal based on performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in internal or external auditing, preferably in listed company or medium-to-large firm.
• Experience in audit project/contract management, property development, construction, energy, waste management and IT is advantageous.
• Strong report writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to analyze complex data.

Mansioni

• To prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) and audit programmes for audit assignments, including but not limited to conducting risk assessments, determining the processes to be audited, identifying the scope and extent of audit work required, and preparing audit schedules.
• To perform audit work in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and practices, as well as approved audit methodologies.
• To draft and finalise audit reports, working papers, and all relevant supporting documents.
• To present audit observations and provide appropriate recommendations.
• To conduct follow-up audits to determine the status of management action plans.
• To undertake other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior, including but not limited to special reviews, risk management, compliance, fraud, Business Continuity Management (BCM), ISO internal audits, ad hoc assignments, and various administrative functions.
• To be a team player with a positive mindset and attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• To demonstrate a passion for the internal audit profession and a keen eye for detail.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in a publicly listed company or a medium-to-large audit firm.
• Experience in audit project and contract management, property development, construction, energy, waste management and information technology (IT) will be an advantage.
• Good in report writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Capable of analyzing complex and voluminous data.
• A team player with a positive mindset, attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Passionate about internal audit profession and with strong attention to detail.
