Job summary

A healthcare and wellness facility in Subang Jaya is seeking a Senior Executive, Information Technology, to lead high-level technical support and oversee system operations. The role includes managing software and application implementations, ensuring system performance, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, understanding of IT Service Management, and knowledge of Windows/Linux servers. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Support server, network, and system administration activities.
  • Assist with software/application rollouts, upgrades, and integration.
  • Document IT procedures, technical workflows, and system configurations.

Skills

Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
Strong understanding of networks
Knowledge of Active Directory

Education

Your Role

Responsible for leading high-level technical support, overseeing system operations, and supporting application implementations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support (Tier 1–3)
  • Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for escalated or complex incidents.
2. Systems & Network Administration
  • Support server, network, and system administration activities.
  • Ensure system uptime, security, and performance.
3. Software & Application Management
  • Assist with software/application rollouts, upgrades, and integration.
  • Work closely with vendors for system maintenance and problem resolution.
4. Documentation & Process Management
  • Document IT procedures, technical workflows, and system configurations.
  • Mentor and guide junior IT staff.
  • Participate in IT projects and continuous system improvements.
Requirements
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Experience with incident escalation
  • Experience with application deployment or software support (preferred)
Skills
  • Having knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
  • Strong understanding of networks and Active Directory
