Senior Executive, Human Resources (Talent Management)
The Senior Executive, Human Resources is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development (L&D) functions to support the Company’s strategic people agenda. This role drives initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees, while also assisting the HR Manager in employee engagement planning and execution to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and talent pipelines to support workforce planning.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency assessments, and departmental inputs.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Manage external training providers, course registration, and HRDF claim processes.
- Track and report training participation, completion, and post-training evaluation results.
- Support the development of career progression frameworks and internal learning initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Assist the HR Manager in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support communication strategies to promote positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Gather feedback from employees to identify engagement opportunities and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with solid exposure in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with HRDF claim procedures and recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn).
