Job description
Senior Executive – Human Resources (Location: Sunway Geo)

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer and onboarding.

Handle employee relations: disputes, disciplinary and grievance procedures, off‑boarding and termination.

Support performance review and talent management programs.

Administer payroll processes accurately and timely according to statutory requirements.

Lead employee development training and learning programs, assist in HRDF claims.

Ensure internal policies and legal guidance compliance; update policies, HR manuals and handbook.

Update employee data: attendance records, leave, overtime in the HR system.

Liaise with insurance agent on employee insurance application, renewal and claims.

Process visa and work permit issues: application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, updates to agencies.

Drive company culture & values program to strengthen corporate values implementation.

Contribute to HR systems and processes development and refinement.

Support branch managers on procurement and administrative work.

Manage ad‑hoc HR work as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years working experience, preferably in Education and Training industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, best practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in training functions and internal control/auditing desirable.
  • Familiarity with e‑learning platforms and practices an advantage.
  • Good command of English, written and verbal.
