A leading HR solutions provider in Petaling Jaya seeks a Learning & Development professional to support organizational training initiatives. Responsibilities include developing learning plans, coordinating training logistics, and facilitating employee development programs. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in HR roles. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills are essential.
Support the development and execution of the annual L&D plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gap analysis, and consultation with business leaders.
Assist in designing structured learning roadmaps and career development frameworks.
Develop and maintain the competency framework, ensuring alignment between role requirements, performance expectations, and learning programs.
Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
Liaise with training providers, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate course effectiveness.
Ensure smooth end-to-end training logistics (registration, materials, attendance, evaluations, HRD Corp claims, etc.).
Maintain training records, budget tracking, and documentation in compliance with HRD Corp and internal audit requirements.
Facilitate employee onboarding, leadership development, and soft skills training programs.
Support implementation of competency frameworks, talent matrix assessments (e.g., 9-box grid), and development programs for key talent.
Collaborate with HRBPs and line managers to design and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Coordinate high‑potential and succession development initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines.
Maintain accurate records of training participation, budgets, and learning outcomes.
Track, measure, and report key L&D metrics such as training hours, participation rates, and ROI.
Gather post‑training feedback and assess effectiveness of programs to identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze learning data and recommend enhancements to ensure training impact and relevance.
Support the HR team in embedding a strong learning culture across departments.
Partner with HR colleagues on performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in talent review exercises and contribute to the identification and development of future leaders.
Support broader HR projects, internal audits, and compliance requirements as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR‑related roles.
Familiar with competency frameworks, talent matrix tools, and HRD Corp (HRDF) grant management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS).
