Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment solutions. - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement - Handle day-to-day employee issues, grievances, and inquiries professionally. - Support HR Manager in developing engagement activities, communication plans, and retention strategies. - Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company values.

3. HR Operations & Compliance - Manage employee life cycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits). - Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data. - Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR standards.

4. Performance Management - Assist in the planning and execution of performance appraisal cycles. - Guide employees and managers on performance management processes and timelines. - Track performance reviews and follow up on action plans.

5. Compensation & Benefits - Support payroll administration and ensure timely submission of relevant data (attendance, claims, overtime, etc.). - Assist in reviewing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs. - Coordinate with vendors on insurance, medical, and other HR-related services.
