A leading coatings company in Kuantan is looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle the complete recruitment process while supporting employee engagement and compliance with HR policies. 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment solutions. - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement - Handle day-to-day employee issues, grievances, and inquiries professionally. - Support HR Manager in developing engagement activities, communication plans, and retention strategies. - Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company values.
3. HR Operations & Compliance - Manage employee life cycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits). - Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data. - Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR standards.
4. Performance Management - Assist in the planning and execution of performance appraisal cycles. - Guide employees and managers on performance management processes and timelines. - Track performance reviews and follow up on action plans.
5. Compensation & Benefits - Support payroll administration and ensure timely submission of relevant data (attendance, claims, overtime, etc.). - Assist in reviewing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs. - Coordinate with vendors on insurance, medical, and other HR-related services.
