Job description
Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment by designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction also addressing employee concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Plans for manpower requirements, and effectively manage the planning process to ensure availability of the right number of manpower to support operational requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment & placement, ensuring correct job-person match to meet operating requirements & objectives.
  • Training & Development: Assist in employee training administration including registration, program evaluation, and maintaining training records.
  • Performance Management & Reporting: Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) to align with organizational goals and coordinate the setting, monitoring, and reviewing of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
  • Manage the issuance, confirmation, extension, renewal, and termination of employment contracts in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Industrial Relations (IR): Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to IR matters and conduct investigations into workplace incidents or grievances and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policy and procedure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
