A manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws. Job Description
  • Oversee recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and ensure timely staffing.
  • Plan and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and follow up on improvement actions.
  • Manage employee grades, titles, salary structure, and manpower planning.
  • Review payroll, salary adjustments, and social insurance compliance.
  • Handle labor contracts, employee complaints, and labor disputes.
  • Assist General Manager in HR strategic planning and talent succession.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and Employee Handbook.
  • Supervise and develop HR team members; assign and monitor departmental tasks.
  • Manage departmental budget and control HR-related costs.
  • Oversee EHS and fire safety compliance; organize related training.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Solid understanding of HR management systems and the six major HR functions.
  • Familiar with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, and relevant employment regulations.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and coordination skills.
Salary Range: RM 6,000 - 9,000
