Job summary

A leading electronic devices company in Shah Alam is looking for a Payroll Non-Executive to process monthly payroll, maintain employee data, and handle salary-related queries. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll processing and be knowledgeable about statutory deductions and reports. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory deductions and reporting.
  • Ability to handle employee queries related to payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll and statutory returns.
  • Handle employee salary and payroll-related queries.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain employee data.
Job description
1 Payroll – Non-Executive, Factory Group

Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions and year-end statutory returns

Handle employee salary and payroll-related queries

Prepare payroll reports from the payroll system

Process variable payments such as overtime and allowances

Prepare employee compensation by the 25th of every month using payroll software

Enter and maintain new employee data in the payroll system

Prepare and ensure timely distribution of payslips and annual payment summaries

Process and coordinate statutory government payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax)

Perform any other payroll-related duties as required by the Company

2 Employees Welfare & Benefit Administration

Process employee car loan applications

Calculate loan eligibility and repayment schedules

Obtain approval from HR HOD

Employees Medical

Register new employees and resigning employees with Micare / HLA

Prepare employee name list for annual medical renewal

Coordinate medical payment submission to Finance

3 To prepare the compensation & benefit proposal as and when required
4 Administration

Filing

Maintain and update employee personal files

Perform systematic filing and assign filing codes for HR records

5 To carry out other duties as directed by the company
