What You’ll Be Doing
HR Functions
  • Handle full‑cycle payroll (yes, from start to finish)
  • Manage staff benefits and statutory matters
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, show cause, etc.)
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Manage HRDC (HRD Corp) administration, including claims and submissions
Admin Functions
  • Oversee property management and utilities billing
  • Handle business license renewals and compliance matters
  • Manage company assets and inventory
  • Prepare statutory submissions such as Borang E and CP58
  • Coordinate general insurance matters
  • Take care of office facilities and daily admin needs
  • Manage company vehicles (road tax, insurance, maintenance)
  • Assist with computer hardware and basic IT coordination (don’t worry — no coding required!)
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in HR & Administration (experience in a factory or SME environment is a big plus!)
  • Able to work independently in a small‑team environment (60 headcounts)
  • Working location: Meru (10 minutes from Setia City Mall/ Top Glove Tower)
  • Able to start work soon is a plus!
