Job summary

This role plays a critical part in strengthening emotional brand connection, elevating product desirability, and driving conversion.

Task 1: E-commerce
  • Lead the design and execution of high-quality digital assets, including website banners, campaign visuals, social media content, EDMs, and banner ads across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure all outputs are on-brand, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with best-practice digital standards.
  • Translate commercial and performance objectives into effective visual storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Act as a senior creative contributor, providing guidance and quality control across e-commerce assets.
Task 2: Brand Marketing
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop creative solutions aligned with brand strategy, communication objectives, and campaign direction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and regional partners, contributing to key meetings and creative discussions.
  • Ensure consistency of brand expression across commercial and brand-led touchpoints.
Education

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or relevant studies.

Professional

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in creative or design roles. Preferably, candidates with a retail or fast fashion background.

IT Skills

Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.

Language Skills

English (PUMA Group language is English)
