We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable finance professional to support banking operations, project costing, and budget monitoring for MTU Systems. This role works closely with Project Operations, and Corporate Finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely reporting. The candidate will also assist in preparing monthly management accounts to support decision‑.

Job Requirements / Key Responsibilities

Banking & Treasury Support

• Prepare, submit, and monitor bank‑related documents (payments, transfers, bank forms).
• Liaise with banks on LC, BG, APG, credit lines, and related matters.
• Ensure proper approval and compliance with the company’s LOA.
• Maintain organized banking documentation.

Project Costing & Cost Control

• Prepare and update project costing sheets for new and jobs.
• Perform variance analysis for planned vs actual project costs.
• Track other cost components.
• Highlight potential cost overruns to Project Managers and Finance.
• Ensure accurate allocation of cost items to each project.>

Budgeting & Company/Project Budget Monitoring

• Assist in preparing company‑level and project‑level annual budgets.
• Monitor monthly budget vs actual performance.
• Prepare explanations for major variances.
• Support department heads in budget discipline and cost control.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Support the preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Prepare supporting schedules for auditors and internal reporting.
• Provide timely financial information to management.

Academic Qualifications & Additional Skillsets

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in costing, financial analysis, project accounting and reporting.
• Exposure to foreign currency transactions is an advantage.
• Willing to travel.
