Job description

Senior Executive will be responsible to manage and monitor daily accounting function, prepare financial statements & reports, cash flow projection, costing analysis, budget and forecast activities. Ensure that financial statements comply with financial reporting standards.

Job Descriptions:

a) Operational

• Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting functions.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations support functions.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
• Responsible for intercompany reconciliation between related parties to ensure no discrepancies.
• Work closely with operation for budgeting and forecasting exercise.
• Responsible for budget check and controlling.
• To liaise with auditor on the audit matters.
• To assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

b) Treasury

• Working with operation and treasury team to ensure better cash flow planning.

c) Tax

• To work with tax team for the annual tax compliance submission.
• Responsible for tax filing requirement (SST, WHT, TTX).
• Responsible to prepare tax estimation.

d) Reporting

• Responsible for monthly/yearly management accounting report, flash report, revenue/cost variance analysis and any other ad-hoc.
• Responsible for consolidating report including NTA (Notes to the account), AFS (Audited Financial Statements), and any other ad-hoc.
• Responsible for Latest Project Development Cost (LPDC) report.
• To compile weekly cash report and submission to Group Treasury.

e) To execute any other job requirements as assigned by the Superior.
