We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Export to join our team in KL Branch. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and internal operations — ensuring smooth export processes, timely shipments, and exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong business relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description:

1) Visit, service, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

2) Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.

3) Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, Sales contracts, and export documentation (Performa Invoice/Export Notification).

4) Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

5) Ensure all outstanding orders are fulfilled within the required timeframe.

6) Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.

7) Monitor stock movement between warehouse, customers, and terminals.

8) Prepare and submit weekly sales and progress reports.

9) Perform any other tasks assigned by the Superior.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business/ Management or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of working experience

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
