Senior Executive/Executive, Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

Focuses on managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a strong candidate experience, and supporting talent acquisition initiatives. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, data‑driven recruitment, employer branding, technology optimisation, early career programmes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Provide consultative support to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness).
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership to support decision‑making.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements based on data insights.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team to develop employer branding content and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and university engagements.
  • Manage the company's careers page and social media presence related to hiring.
  • Manage and optimise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
  • Stay updated on recruitment tech trends and recommend tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Train hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues on recruitment systems and processes.

Early Careers & Talent Programs

  • Design and manage graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Build relationships with academic institutions and student organisations.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and ensure alignment with talent pipeline goals.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • For Senior Executive: 3 years' experience in Human Resources field; experience in the area of Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
