Job description

Senior Executive/Executive - Sustainability

Develop, review and implement the Group’s sustainability plans, goals, strategies and targets in line with its vision and material topics.

Collaborate with business divisions to embed sustainability in operations and monitor performance against targets.

Track and report quarterly sustainability data, prepare presentations, and support the annual Sustainability Statement.

Develop and implement company-wide sustainability policies and frameworks.

Stay updated on local and international sustainability reporting standards (e.g. UN SDGs, FTSE Russell, GRI, ISSB).

Drive internal sustainability communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Organise sustainability workshops and trainings for employees and stakeholders.

Manage sustainability expenditures within the approved budget.

Your Requirements:

Must have at least 1-3 years of related working experience.

A degree holder in Bachelor's degree in Sustainability / Sustainable Development / Environmental Management or other relevant qualification.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of analysing customer data, trends, and campaign performance.

Must have strong planning, analytics, written and verbal communication skills for presentation and report writing.

Must possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, ability to multitask and priorities, with good attention to detail.

Must possess good interpersonal communication skills.

Must possess high passionate in advancing sustainability in a corporate company and strong knowledge in sustainability and ESG principals.
