Job Purpose
The Senior / Sales Executive (Property Development) is responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing Department in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement, sales presentations, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role supports the execution of sales activities under the guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to sales enquiries (walk-in, phone, email, digital leads) in a timely, professional, and customer oriented manner.
- Conduct project briefings and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective buyers.
- Follow up diligently with all potential customers to drive conversion from enquiry to closing.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of project details, product offerings, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend the most suitable product offers.
- Support the execution of sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure adequate distribution of sales materials and accurate project information.
- Coordinate with bankers and solicitors on loan applications, SPA matters, and documentation required for booking processing.
- Prepare, maintain, and update customer records, sales reports, and follow-up logs.
- Monitor unit availability, update sales charts, and ensure accuracy of all sales-related information.
- Ensure the sales gallery, show units, and all customer-facing areas are always presentable and maintained in good condition.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategy development.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Assist the team during events and activities, including registration, customer handling, and administrative coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Good computer literacy, including experience with online marketing and social media management.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work on Weekend/Public Holiday.
