Job summary

A property development company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to handle sales inquiries and achieve targets in residential properties. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with Mandarin as a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are key to this role. Updating property reports and managing agreements will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • A proven track record of success in a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to sales enquiries from multiple sources including walk-in and promotions.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Company.
  • Prepare weekly property sales reports.
  • Manage signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and payment collection.
  • Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Attend to sales enquiries from walk‑in, telephone call, website, billboard and sales promotion activities.
  • Handle sales for properties (highrise) sold by the companies within the Group.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Company.
  • Prepare weekly property sales report and prospects list.
  • Liaise with purchasers and banks for end‑financing approvals.
  • Manage signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and payment collection with purchasers.
  • Support the team members for any digital work that needed, such as video shooting, hosting, social media advertisement and etc.
  • Conduct market survey as when instructed by superior from time to time.
  • Attend sales promotions or property exhibitions whenever necessary.
  • Coordinate with exhibitors for property showcase or road show as required.
  • Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Ensure that marketing materials displayed at HQ office and Sales Gallery are in presentable condition at all times.
  • Ensure all projects brochures/flyers are sufficiently stocked at the HQ and Sales Gallery.
  • Any other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications
