Overview

As a Senior Executive/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of media products and services. This full-time role will be based in our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur office, where you will play a key part in achieving our ambitious growth targets.


Responsibilities


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio of clients

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in your client accounts

  • Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements

  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitches

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our creative, content, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the advertising, media, or creative industries

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop tailored solutions for clients

  • Collaborative mindset and the interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications
