Job Responsibilities
- Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist the work of sales and marketing teams.
- Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Engage, communicate and influence critical functions (Sales, NPD, Supply Chain/Operations and Finance) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of all identified opportunities.
- Ensure the SimplySiti product remains competitive within the market.
- Manage ATL & BTL activities.
- Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables.
- Oversee all offline campaigns and be responsible for quarterly and yearly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
- Ensure timely execution excellence in planned activities to achieve overall business targets and adapt plans to improve sales and market share performance.
- Liaise with internal departments to maximize sales opportunities and provide concise reporting on a regular basis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and activation effectiveness, provide regular reports and insights to top management, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align branding and communication strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market data, including sales performance, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to inform strategic decision‑making and identify areas for differentiation.
- Develop channel‑specific 4P strategy and tactics.
- Perform ongoing ROI analysis across a broad range of activities to guide effective commercial outcomes and support trade spend optimization objectives.
- Solve problems creatively whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity in line with the company’s core values.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, beauty or retail industry.
- Good knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products (advantageous).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric mindset.
