A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies. You'll coordinate campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication. Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aimed at increasing footfall, boosting tenant sales turnover, and enhancing The RiverCity’s brand visibility and market positioning.
Plan and execute space advertising strategies to maximize revenue from advertising panels, digital screens, event spaces, and promotional areas.
Ensure all communication materials and marketing efforts adhere to The RiverCity’s brand guidelines to maintain consistency in branding.
Conduct market intelligence, trend analysis, benchmarking, and competitive reviews to inform strategy and improve current and future marketing initiatives.
Propose creative marketing ideas for events, campaigns, and promotions that appeal to target audiences and support business goals.
Ensure all signage and marketing collaterals in The RiverCity are up-to-date, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.
2. Event/ Campaign Execution & Performance MonitoringCoordinate and manage end-to-end event/ campaign activities including budgeting, procurement, production, installation, and dismantling of event setups.
Support content creation for digital platforms including the website and social media.
Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, eDMs, and outdoor advertising materials, ensuring high quality and alignment with branding.
Collaborate with the graphic designer and external vendors to ensure creative outputs meet branding standards and marketing objectives.
Maintain proactive communication with tenants regarding upcoming promotions, events, and marketing opportunities.
Draft and prepare tenant circulars, approval memos, and license agreements in coordination with relevant departments.
Act as the primary point of contact to support tenants' business needs.
Deliver professional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and proactively following up on tenant concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Collect tenant feedback and relay issues or requests to the Head of Department for timely follow-up and resolution.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
4. Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor, analyse, and report on event/ campaign performance, monthly traffic, and sales turnover; recommend improvements where necessary.
Undertake cost-benefit analyses for marketing plans and campaigns pre- and post-execution.
Identify and implement corrective or contingency actions to achieve KPIs and enhance business performance.
Liaise with and provide detailed briefs to external vendors, suppliers, and agencies (creative, media, events, research).
Negotiate deliverables, fees, and timelines while ensuring quality control and alignment with marketing objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and economies of scale in service procurement and production.
6. General & Administrative SupportCompile and analyse monthly footfall and sales turnover reports; use insights to improve future marketing strategies.
Track and report on marketing activities and key deliverables to the Head of Department.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
