We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing and communications efforts in the travel industry. This role suits candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. You will work with internal teams and external partners to drive customer engagement, manage social media platforms, develop marketing materials, and support travel fairs, roadshows, and promotional events in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for company’s marketing and communications activities
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition
  • Plan, create and implement marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube and others
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Write and edit marketing collateral, including brochures, print materials, website contents & other promotional assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events
  • Plan, organize and coordinate travel fairs, roadshows and promotional events with partners
  • Source, negotiate, and secure sponsorships to support marketing and event initiatives
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years marketing experience, preferably in Tour & Travel Industry
  • Strong written and spoken English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients
  • Self‑motivated, positive, and hands‑on team player who can work effectively under pressure
  • Strong project management and execution skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiar with digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus)
