Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day operations of general administrative support on office matters
  • Responsible for operational functions such as reporting, research and analysis.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls and reply accordingly.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing yearly and monthly renewals such as vehicle insurance, group insurance, and other relevant renewals.
  • Responsible for monitoring and checking monthly expenses, bills, and payments. This includes tracking all expenses, reviewing bills for accuracy, ensuring payments are made on time, and keeping records of all transactions.
  • Ad-hoc assignment instructed by HOD and Management.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administrative Roles.
  • Well-spoken and written in multiple languages.
  • Computer-literate with skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
