Job summary

Senior Executive / Executive, Contract (Quantity Surveyor)

Prepare recommendations for contractor award procurement.

Review and verify tender documents, including quantity take-offs.

Conduct cost analysis for contractors’ variation orders.

Evaluate quotations and prepare cost comparison reports.

Project & Cost Management

Prepare interim certificates for contractor payments.

Liaise with QS/Consultants in reviewing and finalizing project accounts.

Verify and process consultants’ fee claims.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.

Handle procurement of materials.

Coordinate material delivery schedules between contractors and suppliers.

Process supplier payments.

Team Support & Other Duties

Assist the project team in all QS-related tasks.

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or management.

Who We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

2‑6 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in property development.

Strong knowledge of QS, contracts and cost control.

Analytical, detail‑oriented and well‑organized with the ability to manage timelines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Team player with a problem‑solving mindset.

High integrity with a strong sense of compliance.

Location Access via Public Transport.
