Senior Executive / Executive, Brand Marketing

Supports the execution of group-wide festive campaigns across Media Prima platforms, focusing on project management, coordination, and cross‑functional alignment.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Drive the end‑to‑end management of festive campaigns, from ideation to post‑evaluation. Assist in developing core campaign documentation, including proposals, creative briefs, timelines, and budget trackers.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders across TV, Print, Digital, Radio, and OOH (Out of Home) to align campaign deliverables and messaging.

Manage relationships and logistics with external partners, vendors, and creative agencies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and partnership proposals.

Oversee all campaign logistics, including production coordination, necessary documentation, and on‑ground activation support.

Track campaign progress, prepare performance reports, and assist with post‑campaign evaluation. Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor campaigns to inform fresh, impactful strategies.

Prepare internal communication materials (e.g., presentation decks) for cross‑department briefings and reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2–4 years in marketing, advertising, campaign coordination, or project management. Experience coordinating multi‑platform or cross‑functional projects is a definite plus. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

Stays current with Media Prima's platforms, brands, and key IPs, and monitors competitors to ensure campaigns are relevant and competitive. Familiarity with digital marketing and content trends is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.

Demonstrates creative ideation and conceptual thinking.

A proactive, detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
