This role is focused on embedding risk awareness and accountability at all levels of the organisation. It covers the end-to-end delivery of the Risk Leaders Development Program (RLDP), the design of tailored learning pathways for different divisions and functional domains, behavioural interventions, and the coordination of the Risk Leaders network. It also oversees the mechanisms for monitoring and improving MCMC's risk culture maturity over time.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute organisation-wide risk culture initiatives, including customised awareness programs contextualised to each division's operations and engagement series.

Support the creation of learning content and knowledge resources that reinforce risk ownership, ethical behaviour, and decision-making accountability.

Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the RLDP, in collaboration with Academy, external trainers, and subject matter experts.

Monitor enrolment, attendance, learning outcomes, and post-training application of RLDP participants.

Track RLDP participation and compile data for periodic reporting and program refinement.

Facilitate engagement sessions with Risk Liaison Officers, Division Champions, and Senior Management to obtain feedback and improve risk-related programs.

Prepare pulse surveys and quick polls to assess maturity of risk culture across MCMC.

Develop and maintain metrics (qualitative and quantitative) to measure the maturity and effectiveness of risk culture initiatives.

Provide regular updates to Management and ARC on progress and outcomes of risk culture programs.

Undertake any ad hoc or emergency matters assigned by the Head of Department or Head of Division in relation to the scope of the department in a timely manner to ensure the tasks are delivered accordingly.

Represent the division/department in meetings, committees and task forces so as to ensure effective participation and communication of risk related inputs, ideas and advice where necessary.

Qualification & Work Experience

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Risk Management, Human Resource Development, Communications, or any other relevant qualifications.

Certification in governance, risk management, or related areas.

More than 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development, corporate learning, stakeholder engagement or enterprise risk management.

Strong project coordination, communication, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with behavioral change frameworks and adult learning principles is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk culture principles, and behavioral risk awareness.

Skills in designing and delivering training programs, including adult learning methods and leadership development.

Ability to manage and coordinate enterprise-wide programs, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Proficient in stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitating awareness or learning sessions.

Competent in analyzing risk data, survey results, and maturity assessments to support decision-making.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, survey platforms, and basic use of learning management systems (LMS).

Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, both written and spoken.

Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Solutions-oriented mind-set and flexible thinking.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
