Senior Executive, Enrolment & Admission (Business Development) is responsible for identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities to attract students and partnerships. This role involves building relationships with prospective families, educational institutions, and community organizations, conducting market research, developing strategic marketing plans, and collaborating with staff to enhance the school’s offerings. Strong communication, networking skills, and a passion for education are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development – Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets for growth, and develop and implement strategies to attract new students and partnerships.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, families, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Market Research – Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, competition, and opportunities, and use insights to inform strategic planning and decision‑making.
  • Strategic Planning – Develop and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with cross‑functional teams for effective implementation.
  • Marketing & Outreach – Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns, and represent the organization at events, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, analyzing data to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel – May require occasional travel for meetings and events.
